Spinbit questions players ask before making a first deposit

You skipped setting a deposit cap last session, and that made it easier to spend more than you planned. The thing players most often get wrong at this point is assuming a bonus will fit alongside any limit they set later.

Keeping your play under control

How do I set a deposit limit on my account?

Open your account settings and find the section for play limits. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly cap that matches money you can lose without strain. A deposit limit applies from the moment you confirm it and blocks further deposits once you reach the cap. Pick a figure before your next session rather than during it, when pressure is higher.

Can I ask for a break from playing?

A time-out freezes your account for a period you choose. During that window you cannot deposit, wager or claim offers. When the break ends, your account returns to normal without extra steps. Use a time-out whenever you notice play getting faster than you intended.

Where can I find help if gambling stops feeling fun?

Gambling harm shows up as chasing losses, hiding play from people close to you or betting money set aside for bills. Support services in New Zealand offer free and confidential talk with trained staff. https://spinbit-casino.co.nz/ itself is a place to play, not a counselling service, so outside help matters. Reach out early rather than waiting for a crisis, and tell one person you trust about what you are doing.

Can I close my account permanently?

Yes, and you can request it through support at any time. Permanent closure stops all access, so any balance should be withdrawn first. Closure differs from a time-out because it has no end date. Decide on closure when a break has not been enough to change your habits.

What signs mean I should stop for the day?

Watch for betting more per round than planned and for losing track of time. Feeling irritated after a loss or wanting to win it back quickly are clear signals. Set a loss ceiling and a time alarm before you start, then honour both. A single check works well: compare your current balance with the figure you wrote down at the start.

Does a limit stay when I log in from my phone?

Limits follow the account, not the device. Mobile play through the phone browser carries the same caps as desktop play. That means a limit set on a laptop still blocks deposits made on a phone. Log in on the phone browser and open the settings area to confirm the cap shows there too.

Bonus terms that change what you get

How do I claim the Spinbit bonus after signing up?

The Spinbit bonus becomes available once your account is confirmed and you make a qualifying deposit. Enter any required code in the deposit screen before you confirm the payment. The reward then appears in your balance or in a separate bonus wallet. Check the amount shown against what the offer promised before you start wagering.

Why is my bonus balance separate from my cash?

Bonus funds usually sit apart so the rules can be applied to them. You often wager the bonus amount before it turns into withdrawable money. Cash you deposited stays yours to withdraw unless you mix it into play. A quick check of the two balances tells you how much of each you still hold.

What does wagering mean for my winnings?

Wagering is the total you must bet before bonus-linked winnings can be withdrawn. Each game type may count differently towards that total, so slots often count fully while table games count less. Bets placed with bonus money usually count, but some play may be excluded. Track your progress in the bonus area to see how much remains.

Can I withdraw a bonus straight away?

No, bonus funds are locked until the wagering condition is met. Cashing out early usually cancels the bonus and anything won with it. Finish the required play first if you want to keep the rewards. If you would rather take your deposit back, cancel the bonus before you continue playing.

Do free spins come with the same rules?

Free spins often carry their own wagering condition, separate from a deposit bonus. Winnings from spins may land in the bonus wallet rather than your cash balance. Some offers cap how much spin winnings can convert. Note the figure attached to the spins before you use them so nothing surprises you later.

Can I hold two offers at once?

Most accounts allow only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a second offer while the first is open usually cancels the earlier one. Wait for the current bonus to complete or expire before taking another. A quick look at your active offers before depositing avoids losing progress.

Games and getting around the site

Which games does the site offer?

The library covers slots, table games and live dealer tables. Titles come from several providers, so styles and betting ranges differ widely. Each game page shows the stakes and rules you need. Try a few in practice mode where offered to learn the flow before you stake real money.

How does Spinbit login work on a phone?

Open the phone browser and go to the site, then choose the login option. Enter your username and password, and complete any security step the account requires. The Spinbit login page is the same one you use on a computer, so saved details carry over. Keep the browser updated to avoid loading problems.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Use the forgotten-password link on the login screen and follow the message sent to your registered email. Choose a new password you do not use elsewhere. If the message does not arrive, look in the spam folder before trying again. Never share the reset link with anyone, even someone claiming to be support.

Can I play the same slots on my phone as on a laptop?

Most titles run in the phone browser without extra software. Layouts adjust to smaller screens, and touch controls replace the mouse. A stable connection matters more than the device you pick. Test a game with small stakes first to confirm it loads and spins smoothly.

Does the return to player figure affect my session?

The RTP describes what a game pays back over a very long run of spins. It does not predict what a single session will do. Games with a higher figure tend to keep more of each stake in play across millions of rounds. Read the figure on the game page if you want to compare titles.

What is needed to prove my identity?

KYC checks ask for a photo of an ID document and sometimes proof of address. Submit clear images with all corners visible. The check usually happens before your first withdrawal. Completing it early avoids a hold on your money when you want to cash out.

Money in and money out

How do I make my first deposit?

Log in, open the cashier and pick a payment option you already use. Enter the amount and any bonus code before confirming. The money should appear in your balance once the payment clears. Keep the confirmation from your payment provider in case a question comes up.

Why has my deposit not reached my balance?

Some payment routes take longer than others to confirm. Check the status of the transaction in your payment provider’s records first. If it shows as complete and the balance is still short, contact support with the reference number. Do not send a second deposit until the first is resolved.

How do I withdraw my winnings?

Open the cashier and choose the withdrawal option. Your identity check must be finished and any active bonus wagering completed. Withdrawals normally return to the method you used to deposit where possible. Request the amount you want and keep the confirmation for your records.

Why is part of my money held back on a withdrawal?

Money tied to an unfinished bonus cannot be withdrawn until the play requirement is met. The cashier shows how much of your balance is locked. Complete the remaining wagering or cancel the bonus to free the rest. Checking the split between cash and bonus before requesting avoids confusion.

Is there a minimum I must leave in the account?

Some payment routes set their own minimums for sending and receiving money. Your chosen method determines what applies to your withdrawal. The cashier shows the allowed range when you enter an amount. If your figure falls outside it, adjust the request or pick another method.

Can I use someone else’s card to deposit?

Accounts should only be funded with payment methods held in your own name. A deposit from another person’s card can block a withdrawal during the identity check. Use your own card, bank account or e-wallet instead. If you already deposited from a shared card, sort it out with support before requesting a payout.
